EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
As part of Tanks in Town 2026 – 25th Anniversary, the militaria fair will take place on August 28, 29 and 30, 2026 in Mons (Belgium).
This area is dedicated to exhibitors, collectors, and professionals specialized in military history.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
Registration constitutes a request for participation and remains subject to approval by the organization.
The organization reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not correspond to the spirit of the event or to current regulations.
Strict compliance with Belgian legislation is mandatory.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are strictly prohibited for sale or display:
- Nazi-related objects or items bearing prohibited symbols
- Firearms, including neutralized or demilitarized weapons
- Ammunition, explosives, or dangerous objects
- Magazines and regulated weapon parts
- Any item prohibited under Belgian legislation
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Participation fees are set at €75 for one 25 m² stand for the entire weekend.
Maximum 1 stand per exhibitor and maximum 1 vehicle per stand (please take into account the length of your vehicle)

FAIR OPENING HOURS
Start of sales: Friday, August 28, 2026 from 1:00 PM
End of sales: Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM
